When going out to parties or late-night events, staying safe is essential. Take these steps to ensure your next night out is a good one:

-Eat and drink water before a night of drinking
-Use the buddy system and never go home with someone you don't trust
-Make sure your phone is fully charged and packed along with other essentials
-Be aware of your surroundings and never leave a drink unattended

Be pre-emptive and remember the value of a safe night out for yourself and others. Together we can create a safer Hudson Valley 🫶
